At this rate, San Antonio muralist Nik Soupe ought to buy a lottery ticket. Because he's once again immortalized a Spurs star before he even put on the team's draft cap.
Soupe's latest precognitive work: a mural of new Spurs rookie Dylan Harper, who the Silver and Black took as the No. 2 pick Wednesday night at the 2025 NBA Draft.
Spurs draft pick added to mural
A mural of San Antonio's No. 2 draft pick Dylan Harper was added to the images of other Spurs adorning the walls of Rudy's Seafood on the South Side.
Harper now graces the outside walls of Rudy's Seafood, 4122 S. Flores St., joining Soupe's other curbside odes to Spurs greats past, present and uncannily future.
Soupe completed the Harper mural less than 24 hours before the draft.
"With less than 24 hours before the first round of 2025 NBA Draft begins, @souplaws is at it again with another @spurs mural gamble at @rudys_seafood_!" stated a recent social media post by Soupe and fellow San Antonio artist Christie Kaye.
